Announcing Ask HMS!
Sylas got Ask HMS up and running, and we're more than excited to tell you that you're invited!
Today, Sylas set up ask.headmates.social! The intent of Ask HMS is primarily meant to be an ask platform for headmates, but considering other ask platforms are shutting down, we are extending the invites to those interested who reside in the Kitsu neighborhood.
What do we mean by "in the Kitsu neighborhood?"
- If you follow @kio@kitsunes.club or @sylas@headmates.social, you're in the neighborhood!
- If you have an active, non-sprout kitsunes.club, kitsunes.gay, or headmates.social account, you're in the neighborhood!
If you're in the neighborhood and want an invite, simply send a DM to @kio@kitsunes.club or @sylas@headmates.social to get your invite code. If you're a member of the neighborhood, you can also vouch for one of your followers and request an invite on their behalf. If you are within a system, then you can request multiple codes for yourself!
When requesting an invite, especially for someone just outside our neighborhood, please consider donating if you can. We are trying to avoid some of the issues other ask platforms ran into previously and helping cover the cost of keeping the platform running would be greatly appreciated.
Additionally, Ask HMS isn't running Retrospring! It's running ask.js, which has some of its own quirks that we're working through now, but allows us to have the platform invitation only and you get the bonus of content warnings!
(Please note - while donations of headpats, glitter, floofing, and shampoo to Sylas are appreciated, they cannot be used to obtain an Ask HMS account. Please follow the above procedures, even if Sylas offers bribery as a service.)
